Arch criminal Fu Manchu, (Lee), kidnaps a plastic surgeon and his daughter then forces the surgeon to make a prisoner he holds look exactly like his sworn enemy Nayland Smith, (Wilmer). Fu Manchu uses the prisoner and an alliance with the Mafia to bring the world to its knees. Nayland Smith has to use all his resources to vanquish the evil, and clever oriental fiend.
The third of the Fu Manchu series that began well, but lost its period atmosphere and suspense as the series progressed. This follows a familiar Fu Manchu formula with Lee at his evil best.

Carol, (Berova), discovers that her compulsions to travel to Africa are caused by a power that emanates from the hidden city of Kuma whose immortal ruler Killikrates, (Richardson), believes that she is the reincarnation of his beloved queen, Ayesha. When Carol arrives in the hidden city, Killkrates attempts to persuade Carol to join him in the sacred flame of immortality, but she refuses and Killkrates turns to dust in the fire as he was already immortal and the flame reversed the process.
An unconvincing sequel that follows the same plot of the original and only adds an unimaginative role reversal.

A confusing film from the infamous Franco with undercurrents of sex and sadism.

A student, (Kuravlev), is forced to spend three nights with the corpse of a possessed woman, (Varlei), that returns to life, resurrecting vampires and demons to attack and kill him.
The special effects remain impressive in this adaptation of a story that was also the inspiration for La Maschera del Demonio among others.

Looking for their missing Viking husbands, some Viking women embark on a voyage to try and find them, but along the way their ship is destroyed in a giant vortex where a sea monster dwells. The survivors are captured by the Grimaults who are initially fascinated with the women, but it becomes apparent that the Grimaults have captured the Viking men too. Despite their captivity and persecution, the women rescue their men and set off in a stolen ship followed by their angry captors. The monster of the vortex destroys the Grimault ship and the Vikings manage to kill the monster.
A terribly inept B-movie known primarily for it's long title. The cast are made up of hopeful Hollywood starlets who are good to look at, but unfortunately have no acting ability.

The inhabitants of Midwich village in the heart of rural England suffer a mysterious blackout that clears quickly and does not effect any neighbouring villages. Nine months later all the fertile women of the village give birth to identical fair-haired babies, but as they grow it becomes evident that they are not of earthly origination as they can telepathically communicate with each other and are extremely intelligent. Led by David, (Stephens), they possess the power to cause the death of anyone who means them harm and stands in their way of world domination. School teacher, Gordon Zellaby, (Sanders), agrees to tutor the children including his own child David, but he secretly uses his position to smuggle a bomb into his school that kills the children and himself to save the world.
A classic of the science fiction cinema that is faithful to Wyndham's novel while being bolstered by Sanders' fine performance and the effective eerieness of the child stars. The stark monochrome photography and serene village sets heighten the menace of the invaders who insidiously manage to control the normal English community.

A scientist, (Howard), discovers a spongy organism that causes rapid growth in anyone who happens to consume it. Some rebellious teenagers eat the strange substance and begin to grow to thirty feet high, while the giant girls invite men to climb over their breasts. Some well-behaved teens and their leader, (Kirk), try to stop the onslaught of the delinquent giants.
An absolutely ridiculous and outrageous plot is quite rightly treated as a comedy with some good musical numbers.
Ronny Howard became Ron Howard who starred as Richie Cunnigham in television's "Happy Days" and later directed SPLASH and APOLLO 13.

Two crazed blood-drinking sisters believe they are cursed by a sword wielding vampire, but no one is certain until they meet the queen of the vampires on a beach. Eventually the villagers massacre the vampires at their black mass.
Rollin's first feature began as a short film that was expanded with an amateur mix of arty visuals and mild eroticism. All traces of the story are lost and only moments of artistic ability are worth noting.

Kreton's powers are taken away by his observing alien elders and he discovers pain for the first time after which he is recalled to his home planet.
An entertaining comedy vehicle for Jerry Lewis, but despite efforts, only fans will appreciate the jokes.

A silly film for Karloff completists only. Dr. Knight ludicrously waits till most of his expedition members are dead before raising a finger to help.

In the jungle, scientist Dr. Roland Gerard, (Conway), combines science and voodoo magic to transform a woman into a hideous beast, (Blaisdell), which he can control with telepathic commands. However, when an expedition led by a ruthless woman, (English), arrives to search for gold the mutated creature does not obey Gerard's command to kill as it is contrary to the nature of the woman he transformed. Dr. Gerard decides to use the expedition's leader in his next experiment as she has already displayed her aptitude for killing. Gerard's wife tries to warn the expedition members to leave the village as she believes her husband is insane and will kill them all. Gerard transforms the woman into a monster, but during the night of a blood sacrifice when his wife has been chosen by the natives as the subject for the inhuman rites, the creature learns that there is no gold in the area and kills the scientist before transforming back into human form and falling into a fiery pit. Gerard's wife and another member of the expedition manage to escape while the creature is briefly seen clawing herself out of the pit.
A slow moving and confusing film with the usual B-movie attributes including terrible acting and moments of unintended hilarity.
Paul Blaisdell, the designer and the man in the rubber suit, uses the same costume that he created for She Creature.

On a primeval planet inhabited by dinosaurs, a race of women in shell bikinis telepathically communicate with each other. An expedition from earth discover that the women worship a pterodactyl and attempt to kill their god while encountering robots, lizard men and other dinosaurs.
A curious and interesting science fiction tale made from Russia's Planeta Burg (1962) purchased by Roger Corman and then given to Bogdanovich to create a new film. The Russian original continued to be used as a basis for other films made by Roger Corman's proteges.
